After a hectic schedule of School Sunday and Aged Care visit, 55 Year 4 students along with their teachers, support staff, and parent helpers headed off for 3 days of fun and activities at Maranatha Camp, Yandina. They climbed Jacob’s ladder, conquered the mid-ropes course, competed at rocket ball, tried their aiming skills in archery, pulled together in group initiative activities, bushwalked to the dam, tackled the tower of tremble, toasted marshmallows while singing around the campfire and competed in the Amazing Race. Students showed tremendous enthusiasm, resilience, and confidence in these activities. All arrived home safely on Friday, tired yet excited for the opportunities that their parents had allowed them to experience by attending camp. Thanks to all those involved in making it happen.
