Agile Learning & Soft Skills

Question: What skills are best supported in Agile Learning?

SPLSS 2018 195Answer: Agile Learning at St Paul's is an approach that best prepares our students for the future. We believe they are as equally important as knowledge, as it is these skills that will need to be developed and used regularly in the workforce. The skills are often referred to as 'soft skills' as they are closely aligned to work habits and personality. A recent study by Deloitte Access Economics, found that two thirds of all jobs in Australia will rely on soft skills by 2030. These include communication, problem solving and teamwork (collaboration), self-direction and motivation, creativity, independence and being global citizens to name a few.
