Church & Aged Care
The school is part of what we call the St Paul's Community. The community comprises the St Paul's Lutheran Church, School, Aged Care and Grace Lutheran College – Caboolture Campus.
The St Paul's Lutheran Church is the owner and sponsor of the school and therefore has a keen interest in it. This interest extends to providing membership of the school council, and providing pastoral support through its Pastor. Members of the church community have a prayer network to pray for the school and its families, and there is a Ministry Council who is willing to jump into action to help families in need.
Service times at the church each Sunday are:
8.00am Traditional Service
9.30am Family and informal service
Once a month there is an Evening Service which is very informal. This is led by various people of the church. A meal is available and this service commences at 6.00pm on these nights. Please call the church or school for dates.
School families are most welcome to attend any of these services. More details about St Paul's Church can be found at their page on the Lutheran Church of Australia website.
The St Paul's Aged-Care is nearby in Tomlinson Road. It is affiliated with the St Paul's congregation and most of its residents worship at St Paul's church, or are ministered to by the St Paul's pastor who visits the village. A number of retired pastors of the church live there and have an active interest in the school and church. Classes reciprocate interest in the school by attending the village and interacting with the elderly folk there. [Pictured]
