Choosing your child’s school is an exciting time. Here at St Paul’s, we understand that it can be a little overwhelming too. We welcome the opportunity to meet new families and take you on a tour around our incredible school. Your personal tour can be arranged during business hours, either during term time or over the school holidays.
Parents wishing to enrol their child will need to complete and submit an Application for Enrolment form. This application is the first step in being considered for a place at St Paul’s. Once your application is received, the school will be in contact to arrange a time for an interview with a member of our Executive team.
St Paul's Lutheran Primary School is a popular and growing independent school that often has a wait pool for its year levels. Our wait pool considers a variety of factors to ensure we’re building a diverse and vibrant school community. We look at things like sibling connections, children of past students, returning students, and students from our Kindergarten. The date of application is also a factor, but there is no strict order. We consider each application individually, looking at how each family will contribute to and benefit from our St Paul's community. The key is to apply!
When you lodge your child's Application form, you are required to pay an administration fee of $100. Following your tour and interview, if you are offered a place at St Paul’s you will be required to pay an Enrolment Bond of $200 within two weeks to accept the offer and secure your child’s spot. This Bond will be held by St Paul's until the child either finishes Year 6, or leaves the school prior to graduation. Any outstanding monies will be deducted from the Bond. Please note that the Enrolment Bond is non-refundable if the confirmed place is not taken up.
In accepting an enrolment offer, you are asked to:
- sign and return the enrolment contract; a copy will be sent to you
- co-operate with and support the school policies and procedures
- pay the school fees as required and in a timely manner
- give one term's notice of your intention to withdraw your child; or pay one term's fees in lieu
- understand that there will be no refund of fees should your child leave St Paul's part-way through a term.
It is our hope that you will see and feel just how special St Paul’s is, and that our School may become an important part of your child’s journey.
