Our Kindy operates under the umbrella of Queensland Lutheran Education, we run a Long Day model, with registered QSA teachers providing a structured educational program during school hours. This model caters for working parents. It also has the added advantage that the Kindergarten is a part of the wider school community, which helps ease the transition into the Primary School years.
In 2025 St Pauls will have 2 rooms operating a Kindergarten program with qualified Early Childhood Teachers.
Children who are turning 4 before June 30th in the year they attend who are be enrolled in our LDC service will be eligible for FREE kindy for an average of 15 hours per week over 40 weeks of the school year.
There are some places for children from 3 and a half who are independent (fully toilet trained) to join as early starters to our Kindy program although they will not be entitled to FREE KINDY until they are reach the specified age.
